RALPH L. WILLIAMS

founder & managing PRINCIPAL | MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Ralph is an Information Technologist and Principal Business Systems Consultant with a broad range of experience overseeing the business integration and transformation of business strategies while providing IT solutions. He has expertise in strategic planning and implementation of technology based solutions has helped firms achieve increases in revenue and profitability. 

Through advisory services, team and project management, risk analysis, and forecasting Ralph has helped companies to meet objectives and exceed goals while implementing complex global HCM initiatives, including Payroll, Manager & Employee Self-Service, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and many other HR systems.

He has worked in the HR Service Delivery space for over 30 years, focusing on HR operational solutions, HR Technology, and HR Transformation initiatives. Ralph has been a practitioner, solution provider, thought leader and consultant -- helping clients to achieve better agility and insight by rethinking and redesigning their workforce experience to serve the business and the employee in the best way possible.

Ralph is an advocate of the thought leadership: 'technology is not the solution for bad processes'. Developing the right strategies and the right processes for your organization has to come first. The business can gain efficiency and capacity through enabling technologies.


KATHY H. WILLIAMS, CPA

CFO | MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Kathy has built a career over more than three decades combining leadership and managerial competency with solid, progressive experience in operations, accounting, finance and financial systems. Starting her professional career at a “Big Four” public accounting firm, Kathy went on to hold senior finance positions with large companies. Major endeavors included an initial public offering of a privately held organization and managing through the merger transition of two publicly traded organizations to form a multi-billion-dollar global organization.   

Kathy most recently served for 15 years as CFO, CAO and CQO at Zoo Atlanta. During this time, Kathy led Zoo Atlanta’s strategic planning effort to define a site strategy for the Zoo. She also served as a key member of a three-person team responsible for developing and implementing plans to partner with local governments to refinance and re-capitalize the Zoo. Through these efforts, Zoo Atlanta emerged as a debt-free institution for the first time since the late 1990’s, raised funding for conservation commitments and made a significant positive impact on future Zoo infrastructure.   

Kathy’s other recent accomplishments at Zoo Atlanta include leadership in the development of the Zoo’s new facility master and strategic business plans as well as efficiency of peak season operations, quality improvements in a variety of operating areas including guest amenities and events, as well as delivery of the largest sustainable energy and water conservation improvement project in Zoo history.   

A CPA and Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Kathy is also involved in her community, her church, and St. Vincent de Paul Society.

rob taylor

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | CHIEF PROCESS ARCHITECT

Rob leverages 20+ years of experience in process reengineering, project management, business analytics — leading various companies, start-up operations and service delivery teams. Prior to Heagney Logan Group, Rob served as Vice President of Solution Delivery for CORL Technologies, overseeing Client Engagement, Project Management, Quality Service Delivery, Software Development and Data Analytics, Audit and Analysis teams to ensure client’s third-party risk strategies were met while reducing risk levels. 

In addition, Rob served as Director of Operations for CORL Technologies’ sister firm, Meditology Services, the #1 Cybersecurity Advisory Services firm ranked in the 2019 and 2020 Best in KLAS Software and Services Report. In this role, Rob oversaw the work of operations, marketing, information technologies, security operations, human resources and training functions.  

Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee. 


Andrew burtle

Senior Integration Architect | Business technologY

Andrew has experience from a wide range of industries. He’s worked in the technology sector for healthcare, industrial engineering, and financial corporations both domestically and internationally. Starting out as a software developer, Andrew has become a business analyst, solutions architect, product owner, and manager of technology.

Although his focus and specialty is technology, Andrew rarely approaches any problem or discussion tech-first. He is a strong believer in technology solutions following the definition and implementation of proper processes performed by those with proper training. Andrew’s motto for system architecture is “Building a system without a process is like building a highway without a destination. It doesn’t matter how good the road is, it’s never going to get you anywhere.”

Senior BUSINESS CONSULTANT | PROJECT MANAGEment

Pam served in roles in the Big Four, for-profit corporation and non-profit realms. From individual taxation to corporate planning and forecasting to non-profit accounting and leadership positions, Pam’s 30+ year career progression has contributed to a multi-faceted suite of skills and competencies. Pam combines strong analytical and communication skills to bring cross-functional teams together and carries a strong reputation as a trusted leader and advisor.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Pam enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors. She enjoys volunteering in her community, supporting the local volunteer fire department with accounting and administrative functions as well as monthly neighborhood beautification and clean-up events.

Kevin has extensive experience working with mergers, acquisitions, turn-around opportunities, startups and large enterprises. Kevin is a skillful Program Manager and Project Executive with over 15 years experience directing and contributing to sophisticated business and technology projects.

Kevin thrives on a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment aligned with high-performing development and delivery teams. He is an accomplished executive with a reputation for delivering results to technology and service-based teams, programs, and companies.

Thelma has extensive experience in Human Resources and Payroll.  More than 25 years in leadership roles within Project Management, Program Management, HRIT, Testing, Strategy and Planning, HRIS and Acquisitions and Mergers. She is a proven leader of HR Payroll implementations within diverse industries, which include consumer products, telecommunications, banking, and the temporary employee service industries.  

Thelma has 25+ years of customer-focused business knowledge in payroll, payroll tax, compensation and customer relations,  always seeking value creation.

Marlon has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, Payroll and Benefits within the enterprise software industry. As business partner, advisor, and consultant, Marlon leverages the ability to evaluate, gather business requirements, analyze processes, and implement strategies for business efficiencies and growth.

Marlon has earned a career of extensive project experience in Payroll & Benefits administration, implementations, conversions, testing, mergers, acquisitions, divestures, compliance, audits, HR Information Systems, and Benefit Enrollment Systems.
