RALPH L. WILLIAMS

Ralph is an Information Technologist and Principal Business Systems Consultant with a broad range of experience overseeing the business integration and transformation of business strategies while providing IT solutions. He has expertise in strategic planning and implementation of technology based solutions has helped firms achieve increases in revenue and profitability.
Through advisory services, team and project management, risk analysis, and forecasting Ralph has helped companies to meet objectives and exceed goals while implementing complex global HCM initiatives, including Payroll, Manager & Employee Self-Service, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and many other HR systems.
He has worked in the HR Service Delivery space for over 30 years, focusing on HR operational solutions, HR Technology, and HR Transformation initiatives. Ralph has been a practitioner, solution provider, thought leader and consultant -- helping clients to achieve better agility and insight by rethinking and redesigning their workforce experience to serve the business and the employee in the best way possible.
Ralph is an advocate of the thought leadership: 'technology is not the solution for bad processes'. Developing the right strategies and the right processes for your organization has to come first. The business can gain efficiency and capacity through enabling technologies.
KATHY H. WILLIAMS, CPA

Kathy has built a career over more than three decades combining leadership and managerial competency with solid, progressive experience in operations, accounting, finance, and financial systems. Starting her professional career at a “Big Four” public accounting firm, Kathy went on to hold senior finance positions with large companies. Major endeavors included an initial public offering of a privately held organization and managing through the merger transition of two publicly traded organizations to form a multi-billion-dollar global organization.
Kathy most recently served for more than 15 years as CFO, CAO and CQO at Zoo Atlanta. During this time, Kathy has managed organizational changes to streamline and improve the effectiveness of operations and has led Zoo Atlanta’s strategic planning. She also served as a key member of a three-person team responsible for developing and implementing plans to partner with local governments to refinance and re-capitalize the Zoo. Through these efforts, Zoo Atlanta emerged as a debt-free institution for the first time since the late 1990’s, raised funding for conservation commitments and made a significant positive impact on future Zoo infrastructure.
Kathy’s other recent accomplishments at Zoo Atlanta include leadership in the development of the Zoo’s new facility master and strategic business plans as well as efficiency of peak season operations, quality improvements in a variety of operating areas including guest amenities and events, as well as delivery of the largest sustainable energy and water conservation improvement project in Zoo history.
Kathy has since worked with a variety of cultural institutions and non-profits in a contract and consulting capacity, including accredited zoos and aquariums, Southface Institute and The Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta.
A CPA and Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Kathy is also involved in her community, her church, and is an active member of Stephen Ministries and The Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
