RALPH L. WILLIAMS

Ralph is an Information Technologist and Principal Business Systems Consultant with 40 years of experience leading business integration, service delivery, and technology transformation initiatives. He specializes in aligning HR operational solutions and technology enablement with business strategy to drive efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.

Ralph has deep expertise in HR Technology, HR Transformation, Service Delivery, and Workforce Experience redesign, having successfully delivered complex global HCM initiatives including Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee & Manager Self-Service. His background spans the staffing industry and global consumer products companies, where he has worked as a practitioner, solution provider, consultant, and thought leader.

Throughout his career, Ralph has guided organizations through strategic planning, risk analysis, forecasting, and program execution—helping clients achieve greater agility, insight, and operational excellence. He champions the principle that “technology is not the solution for bad processes,” emphasizing that effective strategies and streamlined processes must come first, with technology serving as an enabler of efficiency, capacity, and workforce empowerment.


KATHY H. WILLIAMS, CPA

CFO, Principal | MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Kathy is a seasoned financial and operations executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and nonprofit management. A CPA and former “Big Four” professional, Kathy has held senior finance roles in large corporations, leading an IPO and guiding a major merger that created a multi‑billion‑dollar global organization.

Kathy served over 15 years as CFO, CAO, and CQO of Zoo Atlanta, where she played a pivotal role in transforming the institution into a debt‑free organization for the first time in decades. She led strategic planning, financial restructuring, and efficiency initiatives that strengthened operations, advanced conservation commitments, and supported major infrastructure improvements, including the Zoo’s largest sustainable energy and water conservation project.

As Principal & Managing Director of HLG Consultants, Kathy has provided contract consulting services to organizations including Southface Institute and The Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta. Most recently, through partnerships with Relevant Strategies & Solutions (RS&S) and SinCera Group, she’s focused on cultural institutions and nonprofits—including accredited zoos and aquariums—where she delivers consulting expertise in finance, operations, RFP process, and strategic planning.

A Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Accounting, Kathy remains active in her community through The Georgia Zoological Society, Stephen Ministries and The Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
